  • Fully and Semi auto machining lines equipped with error proofing devices like Air Seat Check Sensors, Tool Breakage Sensors, UPS Backup and Rejection Bins interlinked with machine stoppage conditions.
  • Robotic Painting set-ups installed to maintain critical parameters e.g. Paint DFT, TTR, Hardness and equipped with Auto conveyor for quick paint drying facilities.
  • Auto balance verification and correction machines interlinked with cloud server for safe storage of Critical Parameter (Maru-A) as per product life cycle requirements.
  • Fully Automatic Measuring Centres (AMC's) installed at machining lines for error free measuring with facility of data storage at cloud server.
  • Real Time monitoring of Process Parameters, Set up approval and Statistical Process Control (SPC) of all CTQ Parameters through Digitisation.
  • Achieving consistent product quality even from New Manpower skilled through Dojo 2.O having advance training tools like ARVR, Process Dojo.
  • Real time monitoring of critical training factors for manpower skill improvement e.g. Training plan vs actual, Attendance monitoring through real time digital dashboard etc.
  • Critical checks like Natural Frequency Testing, On line X Ray Inspection for maintaining zero defect at customer end.
