He is a strong believer of Lean Management Principles and has been instrumental in operational growth of the Company since February 2008.
Masaki Tani has built a career in the automotive and steel industries, across Japan, China, and India. He has held leadership positions in investment strategy, business development, and global operations, international steel trading, and automotive component manufacturing, with extensive experience in managing overseas operations and supporting business growth in both established and emerging markets. He holds a Master’s degree with a specialization in China studies..
Mr. Yoshinori Nishiya is a graduate in Bachelor having an experience of around 10 years in Purchasing and Marketing. Mr. Nishiya has joined the Company in July 2024 and since then has played an important role in expansion of our Company’s key Projects. Mr. Nishiya also attempts to contribute in profitability improvement of the company through various purchasing activity and other initiatives.
He has been associated with the Company since June 2022. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and Certified Treasury Manager & Insolvency Resolution Professional. In his present role with the Company, he is responsible for devising the financial and operational strategy, assisting with a commercial roadmap to realize the long term vision of the organization and driving overall governance. He brings with him overall experience of around 25 years in the field of commercial, legal and finance. Previously he was associated with large Conglomerate like Hindalco Industries, Apollo Tyres, Dalmia Bharat Group etc
