Sustainability Goal – Electric Forklift
- 100% Electric Forklift in Manesar Plant.
- Will eliminate the 54,000 Liters/Year of diesel consumption.
- Equivalent to 144 Ton of CO2 per Year.
- CO2 Generation by Forklift Charging 60 Ton/Year.
Effective Reduction in Carbon Emission is 84 Ton/Year
Sustainability Goal – Green Energy
- Signing of Power Purchase Agreement for supply of 20 MWp Solar
power for our Manesar Plant which is equivalent to 50% of our power
needs.
- Signing of Power Purchase Agreement for supply of 6.6 MWp hybrid power for our Gujarat Plant which is equivalent to 50% of our power needs.
- Signing of Power Purchase Agreement for supply of 3 MWp Hybrid
power for our Gujarat Plant which is equivalent to 50% of our power
needs.
Sustainability Goal – Environment Friendly Tissue Papers
- Replacement of paper tissue with Bamboo tissues.
- Bamboo grows much faster than trees, so bamboo tissue paper requires less deforestation. More eco-friendly: Bamboo tissue paper is biodegradable and septic-safe, so it doesn't contribute to pollution.
